Every new Big Country home includes a 10-Year Limited Warranty insured by StrucSure Home Warranty. This warranty assures the homeowner that warranted defects will be corrected according to specified guidelines throughout the term of the warranty.  At closing, you will receive a booklet explaining in detail the coverage provided by the StrucSure Home Warranty.

    Approved by the FHA, FmHA, and the VA, our warranty provides one-year coverage for defects in workmanship and materials and two-year coverage for certain electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. The StrucSure Home Warranty warrants against qualified structural defects for 10 years. This warranty becomes effective the day you close on your home, and is transferable if your home is sold.
